Cathi Landauer

Vice President of Operations

Cathlene Landauer is the Vice President of Operations at Applied Future Technologies, bringing 20+ years of leadership in federal technology, mission operations, and enterprise modernization. Her career spans the U.S. Navy, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, the Department of the Interior, and private-sector consulting.

A former Cryptologic Technician and Sailor of the Year for the Naval Information Operations Command, she later supported missile defense engineering, digital forensics, and large-scale IT infrastructure programs across multiple federal missions. Since joining AFT in 2016, Cathlene has led cloud transitions, systems engineering efforts, and key modernization initiatives for the Bureau of Land Management, including the Bison enterprise ticketing platform.

As VP of Operations, she oversees program delivery, operational strategy, and cross-functional team performance. She holds advanced certifications including PMP, ScrumMaster, ITIL, SAFe, Azure Fundamentals, and Kanban

David Carlson
